hackUST 2021 - Team Up!

Remarks:

1. This form is applicable to:

• Individual hackers who have enrolled before 18 March and have formed teams with other enrolled hackers; or
• Existing teams who have enrolled before 18 March/ who have submitted their team information before and are modifying their team formation (i.e. adding/ removing/ replacing team members).

2. Each team will only need to submit one form (i.e. please have one representative of the team fill in the form).

3. Individuals can only form teams with hackers enrolled before 18 March; the same rule applies to teams who are looking for new members or replacing members.

4. Team size should be no more than 5 people
